Terms & Conditions

By engaging Sunshine Coast Garden + Pool Maintenance, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Services Provided

We offer lawn mowing, garden maintenance, pool care, rubbish removal, and general outdoor services. All work will be carried out as quoted or agreed upon prior to service.

 

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.

 

3. Cancellation

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking.

 

4. Safety Acknowledgment by the Client

To ensure the safety of our staff while working on your property:

• Please ensure clear and safe access to the areas requiring service

• Pets must be secured away from work areas

• Hazards such as sharp objects, unsecured chemicals, or unstable ground should be removed or clearly identified prior to service

• If applicable, pool gates and access must comply with Queensland safety regulations

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a job if working conditions are unsafe.

 

5. Liability

While every care is taken, we are not liable for damage to underground pipes, irrigation, or cables unless clearly marked and discussed prior to work commencement.
